At Viktoryia K Arts, we value integrity, clarity, and mutual respect. This Refund Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for our services.

1. General Policy

Due to the experiential and preparatory nature of breathwork sessions, workshops, and events, all sales are generally final unless otherwise stated below.

By booking a session or purchasing a service, you agree to this Refund Policy.

2. Individual Sessions
  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session may be eligible for:

    • A full refund or

    • A credit toward a future session (your choice)

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

3. Workshops, Group Events, and Classes
  • Refunds are available if cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to the event.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but may be eligible for a credit at our discretion.

  • Once an event has begun, no refunds will be issued.

4. Retreats and Multi-Day Experiences

Due to planning, accommodations, and facilitator commitments:

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Full or partial refunds may be available if cancellation occurs by the deadline specified at booking.

  • No refunds are offered for late cancellations or early departures.

Specific retreat refund terms will be clearly outlined at the time of registration and take precedence over this general policy.

5. Digital Products & Online Content
  • All digital products, recordings, and online programs are non-refundable once access is granted.

  • If you experience technical issues accessing content, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue.

6. Cancellations by Viktoryia K Arts

If Viktoryia Kryvanos must cancel or reschedule a session or event, you will be offered:

  • A full refund or

  • The option to reschedule or receive credit

7. Medical or Emergency Exceptions

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. Requests for exceptions due to medical or emergency situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but are not guaranteed.
