About
Inner transformation, growth and understanding of Self have been a cornerstone of my life.

About 7 years ago, I did a deep dive into breathwork for my own nervous system healing, after years of living in a pretty chaotic environment. For a long time, I wasn't just regulating myself - I was also trying to regulate someone else's emotions, constantly staying alert, putting out fires, and pushing through. I realized that this was something I've been doing most of my life.
That experience taught me something really important: no one can do the inner work for us.
We can support each other, and can go deeper in community or with a witness, but at the end of the day, healing is personal.
Breathwork became a way for me to finally slow down, drop out of my head, and come back into my body. Over time, it brought clarity, peace, a deeper connection to my spirit, and a sense of safety I didn't realize I had been missing.

Art has been my base - creativity and spirituality have always been intertwined for me. I've worked across traditional art, painting, crafts, and animation, including professionally in the advertising industry in Chicago.
Community - I've also facilitated breathwork in community spaces, including group hikes I organized, where breath, nature, movement and conversation created a really grounded way for people to reconnect with themselves and each other.
What ties all of this together for me is curiosity - slowing down enough to notice what's actually happening inside, giving it space and returning to a place of choice.

My Approach
My breathwork sessions are about coming back into the body so the mind can quiet down a bit. When the nervous system settles, things naturally start to feel clearer. You're not forcing insight or trying to "fix" anything - you're just creating enough space to hear yourself again. That's where joy comes back online, even when life is messy or hard.

My role isn't to fix you or tell you what to believe. It's to hold a steady, grounded space where your body can relax, your mind can quiet, and whatever needs to come up has room to move. From there, clarity tends to show up on its own.

Most sessions focus on regulation, presence and reconnecting with yourself. For those who feel called to explore deeper or more expanded states, I also offer breathwork styles that can open the door to altered states of awareness - always approached thoughtfully and with integration as a priority.
